Refund

Refunds are normally accepted within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivered.

If you have any questions, please contact our support team immediately. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons:

You have not received the parcel in normal.

We will refund your money or resend it if the parcel is not received by you within the normal shipping days.

The exception to this is the case where the customer assumes responsibility for any unsuccessful delivery, such as incorrect shipping addresses, inability to complete customs clearance, etc.

Notify us if you experience any of the following:

Extreme weather, delays at the post office, customs clearance, protests locally, etc. We are unable to guarantee on-time delivery in this instance but will do our best to help you.

Check that all boxes have been received. You should then empty every box that you have received. Sometimes small parts can get stuck in crevices and in the packing material.

If you are still having trouble finding your item, please contact customer service immediately. Include details about the missing numbers and photos of the entire parcel.

We will forward them to our warehouse for verification of the monitor records as well as the packing photos records. Steps:

1. For authorization, send an email to the support team.

2. We will verify and check the issue.

3. Provide solutions for each customer, case by case.

Return

We will accept products returned by the customer.

The Customer must confirm that they purchased the product from us. Returns should be made in original packaging, in unopened condition (except for defective).

ESD- and moisture-sensitive products shouldn't be opened unless under controlled conditions. General Rules:

Normally, returns are accepted within 365 calendar days of the delivery date.

When a customer requests a return due to 'non-original/fake/quality problems', a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by our company is required for the return and exchange.

Customers should pay any customs or other fees if they are returning items for reasons other than their own, such as buying parts incorrectly. Return Freight charges must be prepaid.

We will not accept COD or return freight shipments.
