GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ADuM120x are dual-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices’ iCoupler®technology .Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology,these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.
