The NC7SB3157P6X is a high performance 1-pole/double-throw (SPDT) Analog Switch fabricated with advanced sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve high-speed enable and disable times and low on resistance. The break-before make select circuitry prevents disruption of signals on the B port due to both switches temporarily being enabled during select pin switching. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operating range. The control input tolerates voltages up to 5.5V, independent of the VCC operating range.
The STG3157 is a high-speed CMOS analog SPDT (single-pole double-throw) switch or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer bus switch manufactured using silicon gate C2MOS technology. It is designed to operate from a 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply, making the device ideal for portable applications. The STG3157 features very low on-resistance (< 9 ) at VCC = 3.0 V. The IN input is provided to control the SPDT switch, and is compatible with standard CMOS output. Switch S1 is ON (connected to common port D) when the IN input is held high, and OFF (a high impedance state exists between the two ports) when IN is held low. Switch S2 is ON (connected to common port D) when the IN input is held low and OFF (a high impedance state exists between the two ports) when IN is held high. Additional key features are fast switching speed, break-before-make delay time, and very low power consumption. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits to protect against static discharge, giving them immunity from ESD and transient excess voltage.
The SN74LVC1G3157-Q1 device is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation. The SN74LVC1G3157 device can handle analog and digital signals. The device permits signals with amplitudes of up to VCC (peak) to be transmitted in either direction. Applications include signal gating, chopping, modulation or demodulation (modem), and signal multiplexing for analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion systems.
