    The SN74LVC1G14DBVT is a Single Schmitt-trigger Inverter, designed for 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operation. The SN74LVC1G14DBVT device contains one inverter and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The device functions as an independent inverter, but because of Schmitt action, it may have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) signals. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. ESD protection exceeds JESD 22, 2000V human-body model (A114-A), 200V machine model (A115-A) and 1000V charged-device model (C101).

    The 74LVC1G14GW is a single Schmitt-trigger Inverter provides the inverting buffer function with Schmitt-trigger input. It is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. The input can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of this device in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment. Schmitt-trigger action at the input makes the circuit tolerant for slower input rise and fall time. This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
