The NCP511SN33T1G is a 3.3V fixed output CMOS low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator features an ultra-low quiescent current of 40µA. The device contains a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, resistors for setting output voltage, current limit and temperature limit protection circuits. The device has been designed to be used with ceramic capacitors and requires a minimum output capacitor of 1µF.

This device is designed for power-sensitive applications. A precision bandgap and error amplifier provides overall 2% accuracy. Low output noise, very high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low-dropout (LDO) voltage make this series of devices ideal for a wide selection of battery-operated handheld equipment. All device versions have thermal shutdown and current limit for safety. Furthermore, this device is stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1µF. This feature enables the use of capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature derating. The device regulate to specified accuracy with no output load.
