The MSP430FR2532IRGET is a mixed signal microcontroller in 24 pin VQFN package. This FRAM based ultra low power MSP microcontroller features CapTIvate touch technology for buttons, sliders, wheels (BSW) & proximity applications. The CapTIvate technology provides highest resolution capacitive touch solution in market with high reliability, noise immunity at lowest power and supports concurrent self capacitance, mutual capacitance electrodes on the same design for maximum flexibility. The architecture, combined with extensive low power modes, is optimized to achieve extended battery life in portable measurement applications. The MCU features a powerful 16bit RISC CPU, 16bit registers and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows MCU to wake up from low power modes to active mode typically in less than 10µs.
