    M74VHC1G125DTT1G Product overview

    The M74VHC1G125DTT1G is an advanced high speed CMOS non-inverting 3-state Buffer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffered 3-state output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC1G125 input structure provides protection when voltages up to 7V are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the MC74VHC1G125 to be used to interface 5V circuits to 3V circuits.

    The SN74AHC1G125DCKR is a single Bus Buffer Gate/Line Driver with 3-state output. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high. When output-enable is low, true data is passed from the A input to the Y output. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, output-enable should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor and the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
