The CD4069UBE is a CMOS hex inverter in 14 pin DIP package. It consists of six CMOS inverter circuits. The CD4069UBE is intended for all general purpose inverter applications where medium power TTL drive and logic level conversion capabilities are not required. Typical application includes logic inversion, pulse shaping, oscillators and high input impedance amplifiers.
The MC14069UB hex inverter is constructed with MOS P–channel and N–channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. These inverters find primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. Each of the six inverters is a single stage to minimize propagation delays.
