DESCRIPTION The LD1117A and LD1117B are two LOW DROP Voltage Regulator able to provide respectively up to 1000mA and 1200mA of Output Current, available even in adjustable version (Vref=1.25V). Concerning fixed versions, are offered the following Output Voltages: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V and 5.0V. The LMS8117ADT-3.3/NOPB is a 1A low-dropout Linear Regulator with a dropout of 1.2V. It has the same pin-out as National Semiconductor"s industry standard LM317. The LMS8117A is available in an adjustable version, which can set the output voltage from 1.25 to 13.8V with only two external resistors. In addition, it is also available in two fixed voltages, 1.8 and 3.3V. The regulator offers current limiting and thermal shutdown. Its circuit includes a Zener trimmed band-gap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to within ±1%.
The NCP1117DT33RKG is a positive Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 1A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2V at 800mA over temperature. Also included is an adjustable output version that can be programmed from 1.25 to 18.8V with two external resistors. On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1.0% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation and thermal shutdown.
