With a Schmitt trigger output, this is power management at its best. This inverting Schmitt trigger has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. This device has a typical operating supply voltage of 3.3|5|9|12 V. Its minimum operating supply voltage of 3 V, while its maximum is 15 V.

    MC14106BDG Product overview

    The MC14106BDG is a Hex Schmitt-trigger and it is constructed with MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. This device find primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The MC14106B may be used in place of the MC14069UB Hex inverter for enhanced noise immunity or to "square up" slowly changing waveforms. This device contains protection circuitry to guard against damage due to high static voltages or electric fields. However, precautions must be taken to avoid applications of any voltage higher than maximum rated voltages to this high-impedance circuit. For proper operation, Vin and Vout should be constrained to the range VSS
