The 24LC128-I/P is a 16k x 8 (128kb) serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.7 to 5.5V). It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. This device also has a page write capability of up to 64-byte of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 128k boundary. Functional address lines allows up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 1Mb address space.
The CAT25128 is a 128-kb Serial CMOS EEPROM device internally organized as 16kx8 bits. This features a 64-byte page write buffer and supports the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. The device is enabled through a Chip Select () input. In addition, the required bus signals are clock input (SCK), data input (SI) and data output (SO) lines. The input may be used to pause any serial communication with the CAT25128 device. The device features software and hardware write protection, including partial as well as full array protection.On-Chip ECC (Error Correction Code) makes the device suitable for high reliability applications. Available for New Product (Rev. E). Features ---
The CAT24C128 is a 128-Kb Serial CMOS EEPROM, internally organized as 16,384 words of 8 bits each.It features a 64-byte page write buffer and supports both the Standard (100 kHz), Fast (400 kHz) and Fast-Plus (1 MHz) IWrite operations can be inhibited by taking the WP pin High (this protects the entire memory).On-Chip ECC (Error Correction Code) makes the device suitable for high reliability applications.
