    The CAT24M01 is a 1024-kb Serial CMOS EEPROM, internally organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits each.It features a 256-byte page write buffer and supports the Standard (100 kHz), Fast (400 kHz) and Fast-Plus (1 MHz) I2C protocol.Write operations can be inhibited by taking the WP pin High (this protects the entire memory).External address pins make it possible to address up to four CAT24M01 devices on the same bus.On-Chip ECC (Error Correction Code) makes the device suitable for high reliability applications.     24AA1025-I/P Product overview

    The 24AA1025-I/P is a 1024kB I²C CMOS serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) capable of operation across a broad voltage range 1.7 to 5.5V. It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. This device has both byte write and page write capability of up to 128 bytes of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads. Reads may be sequential within address boundaries 0000h to FFFFh and 10000h to 1FFFFh. Functional address lines allow up to four devices on the same data bus. This allows for up to 4Mb total system EEPROM memory.
