The AD8618ARUZ is a Precision 20MHz CMOS Quad Rail-to-rail Input/Output Operational Amplifier features very low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, low input voltage and current noise. This amplifier uses a patented trimming technique that achieves superior precision without laser trimming. The combination of >20MHz bandwidth, low offset, low noise and low input bias current makes it useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, photodiode amplifiers and high impedance sensors all benefit from the combination of performance features. AC applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion. AD8618 offers the highest output drive capability of the DigiTrim® family, which is excellent for audio line drivers and other low impedance applications. The ability to swing rail-to-rail at both the input and output enables designers to buffer CMOS ADCs, DACs, ASICs and other wide output swing devices in single-supply systems.
Product Details The AD8615, AD8616 and AD8618 are single, dual and quad rail-to-rail input and output single supply amplifiers featuring very low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, and low input voltage and current noise. These amplifiers use a patented trimming technique that achieves superior precision without laser trimming. All are fully specified to operate from +2.7 V to +5 V single supply. The combination of low offsets, low noise, very low input bias currents, and high speed make these amplifiers useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, photo-diode amplifiers and high impedance sensors all benefit from the combination of performance features. Audio and other AC applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion. ### Features and Benefits
The OPA344 and OPA345 series rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers are designed for precision, low-power, miniature applications. The OPA344 is unity gain stable, while the OPA345 is optimized for gains greater than or equal to five, and has a gain-bandwidth product of 3MHz. The OPA344 and OPA345 are optimized to operate on a single supply from 2.5V and up to 5.5V with an input common-mode voltage range that extends 300mV beyond the supplies. Quiescent current is only 250µA (max). Rail-to-rail input and output make them ideal for driving sampling analog-to-digital converters. They are also well suited for general purpose and audio applications and providing I/V conversion at the output of D/A converters. Single, dual and quad versions have identical specs for design flexibility. A variety of packages are available. All are specified for operation from 40°C to 85°C.
