Buffer, Non-Inverting 2 Element 4 Bit per Element 3-State Output 20-SO
The SN74ABT244ADW is an octal Buffer and Line Driver designed specifically to improve both the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. This device provides the choice of selected combinations of inverting and non-inverting outputs, symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE)\ inputs and complementary OE and OE\ inputs. The SN74ABT244A is organized as two 4-bit buffer/line drivers with separate OE\ inputs. When OE\ is low, the devices pass non-inverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. When OE\ is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE\ should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor and the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. The SN74ABT244A is characterized for operation from -40 to 85°C.
Leading the input to the transmission line this SN74ABT244ADWE4 buffer and line driver by Texas Instruments will amplify digital and analog signals. With a 3-state output, this is power management at its best. This line driver has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. This device comes in tube packaging. This non-inverting device has a typical operating supply voltage of 5 V. Its minimum operating supply voltage of 4.5 V, while its maximum is 5.5 V. It has 8 channels per chip.
