    6N135 Product overview

    The 6N135 is a 1-channel 8-pin high speed Transistor Output Optocoupler with a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector which consists of a photodiode and a high-speed transistor. Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits up to frequencies of 2MHz. The potential difference between the circuits to be coupled should not exceed the maximum permissible reference voltages.

    HCPL-4504-000E Product overview

    The HCPL-4504-000E is a high CMR high speed Optocoupler contains a GaAsP LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated high gain photo detector. The HCPL-4504 series has short propagation delays and high CTR and also has a guaranteed propagation delay difference. The HCPL-4504 series optocoupler make an excellent solution to IPM inverter dead time and other switching problems. The CTR, propagation delay and CMR are specified both for TTL and IPM conditions which are provided for ease of application. An insulating layer between a LED and an integrated photodetector provides electrical insulation between input and output. Separate connections for the photodiode bias and output-transistor collector increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the base collector capacitance.
